Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
We currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services, but standard delivery is typically completed within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note: all delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to factors beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes or weather disruptions).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delays & Responsibility
DYERMANS is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather disruptions or postal strikes). Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or delay passes to the customer.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery via the courier’s website.
