Refund Policy

At DYERMANS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in creating hand-dyed, made-to-order garments and stand behind the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and any included materials.

  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided with your return request.

  • Items returned to us without prior communication may not be accepted or processed.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at info.dyermans@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photographs (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any additional requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as DYERMANS cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the hand-dyed nature of our products, minor variations in colour, pattern, or finish are expected and are part of what makes each item unique. Refunds will not be granted for these reasons alone.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Items that are not in their original condition

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
